This is a beautiful piece and will do the job. I like that it has a bevel at the end of the blade. But the blade is NOT HERE in the handle! If it had been assembled correctly I would probably give 5 stars. Actually, that's a disappointment. Update: I have to upgrade this from 3 stars to 2 stars. After only one wash (in the sink, not the dishwasher, no overnight soaking or anything crazy) the handle splayed. If the rivets were tight, this wouldn't have happened. A piece of junk. Update 2!: As the scraper has aged and gone through several wash and dry cycles, the handle is very tight on the blade. 5 Stars
