Lack of durability in straws
I bought these to do my part to help improve the health of our planet and be environmentally responsible. However, as soon as these straws get wet they start to break .I usually drink ice water from a glass all day and rely on a straw to drink water.These straws don't last very long and they don't have the power to move the ice in the glass.I'm afraid I'll have to go back to plastic straws, which can last a few days without structural degradation. I wish the technology was better implemented in these straws. Especially considering cardboard can be constructed to support the weight of a car. I will not be buying again.
