Works very well overall if using solely by yourself
I like that you can customize your donation page with many different options for different types of donors. You also have access to all previous years' donations, which is helpful when trying to analyze trends in donor giving. Sometimes it doesn't seem as though there are enough features or fields available during setup, so we end up having to add them manually after they've been created through our system. Also, sometimes new functions get added that require us to upgrade the version of donate pro. If you're looking for something simple and easy-to-use, then this might not be what you need. We use this program to track large yearly gifts from one major donor. It's great because you can easily see all past year totals, and create separate pages just for certain categories of items (i.e., clothing vs. food).
