Overall, I liked these. The color is more brown than taupe, but I could live with that. I usually wear a 6.5W in dress shoes - the length and width of the 6.5 were perfect for me. The problem is the footbed. There is a small amount of cushioning along the length of the shoe, but it ends right where my toes start. It feels weird. I tried putting inserts in, but those made the shoes too tight, and I could still feel a bump where the cushioning stopped. I will be returning these. If that sort of a bump wouldn't bother you, I would recommend buying these.
