The speed at which I receive my reports back from Drs' offices via email or fax after surgery makes this service very valuable for me as well! There are some times when there needs be more explanation than provided so it would help if they could provide that extra info/explanation through their online chat feature during business hours- but overall we have not had any problems using them thus far!! They do seem quite costly compared what other companies may charge you per report - however considering how often one must submit these forms (and also having insurance coverage) then its definitely worth paying up front vs waiting until something goes wrong later down line.
