UPDATE: 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! After my first 3 star review (in June) the company contacted me directly through Revain's messaging system (in October) and asked how they could make my purchase the right one. Apparently someone from the company replied to me here, but I still don't see it and haven't been notified. Despite this, I was offered a different product or a full refund. In the end I decided to return the money and only requested it yesterday (November) at 18:00, thinking that it would be processed in the coming days. A refund was issued within 3 hours - no less than Sunday. I am very impressed with the customer service I received. If I order another of these products in the future I would buy a size up to ensure breathability during high intensity activities (cycling, running). . The quality of the fabric is excellent and the customer service is exceptional. ORIGINAL REVIEW: OK, so it's a great sun/wind protection if you're not doing anything intense, but I bought it to protect my face while cycling. and when I had to climb hills, this thing was too tight around my face for me to breathe comfortably. It's not too tight for walking, hiking, etc., but if you're running or riding I recommend something that isn't as stretchy. I really appreciated that the ends were stretchy and stayed in place.
