I bought the watch from the official Samsung online store, and in less than two years the watch failed, namely: in June 2022, problems with the color reproduction of the display began. White turned to yellow and black to blue. The response to touch became noticeably worse. The problems did not end there, as a result, for unknown reasons, the glass of the heartbeat sensor fell out. Under it was a layer of dirt (probably dust, moisture), as well as an inner case deformed from water. The deformation is so strong that the glass now, in principle, does not fit. How is this possible with the declared moisture protection of 5ATM? There is no answer . The service tried to convince that the violation of the rules for using watches was to blame. But at the same time, I wore them like a regular watch, and washed my hands without taking them off at most. I didn’t fill it with water, I didn’t dive into them, etc.
