We bought this tent for my neighbor's child for Christmas. We wanted something that a three-and-a-half-year-old could easily put together on their own and that wouldn't require a lot of extra work from the parents. That fits the bill. It folds very compactly for storage and is quite roomy when unfolded. While the item claims to be great for backyard adventures, I would not use it in that regard as it is not made of a material that I feel is not durable enough for outdoor play. She really had hours of fun with this play tent, just like the description says. I agree this is the perfect home away from home and in fact it is perfect for a bedroom, playroom or basement or any other space. I was VERY easy to assemble and really set up in seconds. We didn't have to clean it, so I can't comment on that aspect. Overall I am very satisfied with this product, the accuracy of the description and the price are the same.
