5 Stars for PC and Customer Service! I hate laptops but I needed a laptop for a move to Europe. I've been using the computer for two months and I'm very happy with its performance. I would have never known it had been renovated. I also have to commend the customer service. Any problems and questions I had were resolved quickly and professionally. They even responded faster than Dell tech support to my technical questions about the product (their response came the same day, I'm still waiting for a response from Dell. Please note that the Optiplex adapter, unlike other Dell laptops is not AC/DC, so if you plan to do what I did, buy a European adapter for Optiplex)
