Incredible blinds, great customer service!

I bought 6 of these shades for a new solarium I am building. The windows are very big. All windows were 64x96 or larger. As you can imagine, blinds were expensive because of their size. I was apprehensive about this purchase especially since I spent so much money and it didn't work. It took me a few weeks to decide on this. I measured my windows, placed an order and received my blinds within 3 weeks. I had a setup assistant. He watched the videos and they were all installed within 45 minutes. The programming was my responsibility. Before programming, I found that remote controls don't come with batteries. The batteries are not the usual batteries that I could find at any local store. Battery 3V (CR2430). I had to go to a specialty store (Batteries Plus). If you read my post before your blinds arrive, you can order online before your blinds arrive. Once I had batteries, I put them in the remote control. (Remote Warning. Be careful when you open the remote. The Zigbee remote is a small, black, slim remote. Very cute, but difficult to open the first time to get to the battery. The problem is the Plastic seals. Front and back together where they snap. I literally had to bypass the anx acto blade seal where the pieces came together. Not a difficult task, easy to fix. When I got my first remote I opened it up and it all fell out, because I had it backwards. I literally had to redesign the remote. Not hard, very easy to figure out where everything fits into the remote. After that I put the battery in and snapped it back in. ). The remote control didn't need to be programmed. As soon as I put the battery in, I found that the blinds were already programmed. Each curtain is on one of the fifteen channels in the remote control. I bought two. consoles. The blinds looked great except for one curtain. Unfortunately, I measured the length of the door incorrectly. I wanted to live with that by pulling down the blinds. I really didn't want to. So I took the opportunity to contact Yoolax for a replacement (there is no return policy due to custom sizing). I expected them to tell me there was nothing they could do. To my surprise, they responded immediately and said they would send me a replacement screen of the length I needed and also provided me with a video of how to change the screen on the staff. Two weeks later I got a replacement. If you are hesitant to make a decision to purchase these blinds, I hope I have helped you in making that decision. These blinds are worth every penny spent on them. The company that installed my solarium will offer this to their future customers. FYI I am a real person and no one pays me. I never normally write reviews but this product and the customer service I received made me share my experience. I am a very happy customer.
