Are they really worth more than $30? I do not think so!

I drive a large truck and most of my trips are at night. When I bought a truck a few years ago, I looked at several different aftermarket brands without spending over $60 on a pair of HID bulbs. but now i decided to go and spend the money. I like leading corporate brands. But I think you're paying for the name. The lightbulbs I had last year were fine and I change them regularly every year whether they are good or not. Since they are a year later for 5 nights a week I think they have had enough. sooo I'm spending $150 compared to the $30 I've had for the last two years. There is absolutely no difference in brightness or light pattern. The color can be a little more bluish, but they are referred to as cool blues. :) So, for those of you who are interested in buying expensive lights, I would go for the Torchbeam D1S HID. They have two years and cost $30 a set. and if they survive on the ground 5 nights a week for 7-8 hours for each trip throughout the year. I think they cost $30. One star - don't give this product a bad name. It's all about getting the attention of others. The product itself is amazing and I would never say anything bad about the company. I experienced that and wanted to share it.
