We live in an old home that had a sunroom added on. The floors are lopsided and wonky so nothing seals around doors and windows. I overwinter some plants in that unheated room and was always trying to get a better seal around the door because of drafts. This magnetic door works so much better than all the different types of strip insulation that I tried! I should've bought one of these years ago. Made a huge difference! Didn't mark durability as I've only had it a few months, but so far so good. Great product! I did end up putting 3 of the tacks a few inches apart at the highest point as my husband was not real careful when entering and would loosen the seal.
