Review on 💇 Tinkle Hair Cutting Tool by Billy Balwin

I was cutting my hair and it was looking a bit heavy at the ends and needed polishing and a bit of lifting. I bought this natural, parted my hair into layers and used the longer scallop edge and combed through. I've gone through all my layers multiple times and this thing has helped my hair look clean and polished while giving it a lot more shape and volume. A great tool for those of us who hate going to the hairdresser because they always do what YOU want to do with YOUR hair. Now I can save $12 every few weeks. (I have short hair that needs constant trimming)
