A very nice addition to my small smart home network

Smart Home sounded like expensive luxury of the future a few years ago. With the rapid development of affordable and practical smart home modules and ecosystems (like Homekit, etc.), the smart home has become easily accessible to everyone. Rather than upgrading your home with some sort of whole-house smart home system, it seems (to me, at least) it's happening in small increments. It all started with a smart thermostat, smart cameras and then a smart garage door module from Meross (a great product btw). all of this opened my eyes to other areas of smart home automation. I recently crawled under my desk to unplug a set of studio monitor speakers with no on/off switch - this was quickly becoming obsolete, and since I liked the compatibility of my Meross garage door opener with my Google home, I settled on Meross MS110HK Smart Plugs , because they are HomeKit compatible, so I can use SIRI to control my plugs with a simple voice command. These forks weren't out yet so I contacted Meross support and they were great as they kept my name on file and contacted me to let me know when they were ready to purchase (excellent customer support). I quickly found other uses for the smart plug so I decided to buy a dual smart plug from Meross - it works great and just adds more functionality to my already small smart home. I like that you can identify each fork individually. I love that they are Homekit compatible and also work with my Google Home voice commands. When I'm on vacation, these outlets are easy to set up to turn on the lights on a set schedule for safety. So many uses, great integration with other smart home ecosystems, and great support - what more could you ask for. Highly recommended. One note: the plugs were a bit difficult to plug into the device at first, but with a little work the connector was undone and the plugs go in easily.

Cons
