Love it! AMD owners read below

The stock cooler with my Ryzen 5 2600 was idling at 2100 RPM (which seems normal for this cooler). Plug this baddie in and it will idle comfortably between 950 and 1100 at around 32 degrees Celsius. Overclocked to 3.8/3.9 and increased to 40s only. I should also note that my Fractal Meshify case has heavy airflow. The Gammaxx is quiet, has smooth fans and I love the blue light. For mounting on an AMD board: DO NOT PUSH THE CLIPS. I've noticed that some people on YouTube were able to mount the cooler with no problems, but I just couldn't do it with my board. Even after the small clip was cut first (as suggested on YouTube), the big side was so far away that it didn't even come close to being cut, even after some pressure. It might have been nice, but I just didn't want to. Danger of damaging the new circuit board. After playing around with it a bit, the following solution worked perfectly. It's probably recommended somewhere on the internet, but I've never come across it. SOLUTION: 1) Loosen the brackets that came with the board just enough to hook onto the back of the motherboard but still connected, giving you enough vertical clearance. 2) Add thermal paste. to the CPU3) Carefully align the heatsink and lay it straight on top4) Gently hold the heatsink with one hand, tilt it slightly to the side and with the other hand lift the appropriate board holder to set it in half to meet height and fasten them. While ideally you don't want to disturb TP, as you can see from my pace, I haven't had any issues with my connection, even during the download. 5) Do the same with the second clip and then screw the board mounts to the back plate of the board. I'm sure some will say you just have to force the clamps in, but this worked best for me. Hope this helps someone out there!
