Review on Emerson RP6251 Weather Clock Radio - Portable and Discontinued by Manufacturer by Janelle Love

Based on other reviews I thought this would be a risky purchase. But I foolishly hoped for the best and ended up wasting $20. I figured it should withstand minimal use, just sitting in my bathroom and letting me listen to a news station every morning and before bed while I floss and brush my teeth. And indeed everything was fine - about six months. Then the volume wheel failed. It barely worked and frustrated me for far too long. Then the on/off button fell off. And all this after minimal use for six months. It's like a fifth grader built it without dad's help. Truly the worst junk I've ever bought. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! Now I've just bought a Sony clock radio which is sturdy, has great reviews and is cheaper than this junk. I hope you learn from my mistake!
