After receiving a propane gas outdoor pizza oven for my birthday, I'm learning on the go. One aspect of a very high oven temperature (600° to 750°) is the speed at which the pizza is baked. Therefore, the cake must be rotated in the oven chamber about every 15 seconds to distribute the heat evenly around the perimeter. Lightweight, durable and maneuverable, this pizza turner is ideal for precise adjustments. I have the larger 10 inch diameter and it is perfect. I use the larger 16" square bowl for initial start-up and final transport from oven to table.
