After receiving a propane gas outdoor pizza oven for my birthday, I'm learning on the go. One aspect of a very high oven temperature (600° to 750°) is the speed at which the pizza is baked. Therefore, the cake must be rotated in the oven chamber about every 15 seconds to distribute the heat evenly around the perimeter. I use the larger 16" square bowl for initial start-up and final transport from oven to table.
