Was extremely excited to receive my order but my excitement was soon dashed when I discovered that one of my shoes have been thoroughly worn and is being passed off as new. The shoes are extremely comfortable and fit is true to size but am a bit disappointed that I must return them because quality control didn't recognize their error. Since I loved the shoes so much I will reorder once my refund is processed.UPDATE: Received my lovely boots and they're absolutely perfect. I didn't know you could turn them down to expose the fur lining which only adds to it's glorious appeal then the coudegra was when I added the clip on pom poms a must accessory which I also purchased from Ebay.
