Each of the 12 packages of 80 Vanity Fair extra absorbent towels was damaged. This cannot have happened during shipping. At one point these bags were squeezed into a container that had 4 or more bars at the top and bottom. This resulted in permed napkins (see picture) that were completely unusable. As well as being rippled, the towels were a poor quality product - half as thin, not as absorbent, not as stiff, and the embossed image on the front of the towel was not the same as products previously purchased from Revain. The previous purchase was just like a product sold in grocery stores and these were either second-hand or counterfeit. The only thing that matched the original product was the packaging!
