I bought this particular model for two reasons. First there is the size of the pan, which is perfect, looks high-quality and has quickly become our favorite pan. The other reason was the red grip/grip. Unfortunately it also has a hole in it, presumably to hang it up. I nearly burned myself several times with hot metal sticking out of the handle. Also, due to the weight of the pan, the handle isn't long enough to lift it, prompting the user to reach out to the opposite side of the pan for more support... So basically, I endorse the purchase of this pan, but recommend extreme caution. when using the optional red pen.
