Made my hair dry (not conditioned at all)
I used to love using Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner but this conditioner didn't condition my hair at all. This conditioner LOOKS like Herbal Essences conditioner, but it definitely doesn't feel like it does on my hair. It has also caused my back to break out (I haven't had breakouts in over 6 years). Really disappointed and upset because I'm stuck with two bottles now. I did my best to try it and used it every day for about 2 weeks. No change in results so far. Do not buy.
