The level of service we receive from GRC when dealing with their reps has always been exceptional! All our calls are answered within minutes (even during non-business hours), and no call goes unanswered or unresolved for more than 24hrs - this includes all outbound campaigns as well which makes us feel confident in placing our business with them. They have an excellent CRM system that allows you to manage multiple accounts across different brands/products etc. It's very easy to navigate through so it saves time having to go back & forth between various tabs. I do not like how often there seems to be some sort of issue where my tickets need double checking by another rep even though everything looks good after submitting. We use global response because of its great customer support, ability to respond quickly to issues, and being able to work directly online without needing additional staff members.
