My Border Collie has used two packs of this food that I bought in Chewy. She enjoyed the food and the weight loss she needed. Due to slower than usual delivery times I ran out of food before my order was delivered through Chewy and ordered the same food here as Prime and it will arrive before my dog escapes. from food. When I first gave her the bag I ordered from Revain, she threw up several times during the night. The next day she refused to eat for a whole day. The next day she ate less than half of what she normally ate. This went on for a week, and sometimes she chose to skip meals. My normally very active dog has become very lethargic. She has never been a picky eater. She is always quick to eat whatever is offered to her (which is why she had to switch to a healthy weight diet). She spent the night with my relatives and ate their dog food with no problems. The day after she categorically refused the food I had given her, I decided to feed her my Wellness Complete Health Small Breed Chihuahua food and she ate it. I sniffed a few pieces of this food and she spat them out and ate all of my other dog's small breed food. Now that I finally figured out what the problem was I went to the pet store today and bought her the exact same food and fed her for dinner, she ate everything very quickly and now she is back to her normal active state. When I bought this food I also got a Chihuahua food here and had no problems. My mother-in-law buys groceries from Revain and hasn't had any problems. They appear to be random bags of food, but as expensive as the food is, I'd rather buy it from Chewy or the pet store than play food roulette with my dogs.
