In general, a quality product, I recommend. Its pros: I have already had 5 years of experience using the Orlett Orthosis. Time goes by, it's time to buy another one - for the second leg. I can say that the price / quality ratio has not changed much. Holds the leg well. True, it seems like the material has become thinner, but nothing - it will be less noticeable under the trousers and the leg will sweat less. Different cons: The main drawback is the length of the lace! It can be safely increased by 20 cm. And so, if the leg is swollen, then it is impossible to thread the lace into the uppermost eyelets. I tie indented 1 hole from the top edge.
