I got these because I get mouth ulcers all the time (I mean 5+ all the time and when a round heals another pack always starts and they really are more miserable than I can describe). A month later, the vitamins made a noticeable difference. I only had a sore from biting the inside of my mouth and it didn't hurt very much. Another suggestion I had for mouth ulcers was to switch my toothpaste (I use the Hello brand instead). what I usually take off the shelf).
