Don't throw away old mounting bolts and screws. This kit comes with a set of mounting bolts, nuts and washers suitable for mounting to a standard steel frame. But I had them replace the worn wheels on two sturdy plastic carts used in our school cafeteria, both of which were made by different companies and used different hardware. The old wheels wore out after only 3 years of use. But they were nothing more than a composite, bearingless plastic wheel mounted on a 3/8-inch bolt. These wheels have double ball bearings and can carry 3 times the weight of the original wheels, will probably last 10 years and cost less than the manufacturers charge for these standard replacement wheels. On a single block attached with screws these blocks fit perfectly to the old holes, and the rebuild took no more than 20 minutes. The other block was more difficult. The old bolts were difficult to remove. I had to drill one out. The old mounting faces were then recessed 1/4" and I had to add a 1/4" plywood washer to get these new wheels to spin properly. This is not to slam the product. The product itself is great, but you may encounter other issues to make it work for you.
