E7000 Carpenters Wood Glue by Elmer's Products Inc: 4 Fl oz, Yellow - Strong Adhesive for Woodworking Review

I am a guitarist/bassist who has built several effects pedals over the years. I was looking for a pedalboard that was cleanly tuned and easy to use. Pedalboards are ridiculously expensive for what you get. So I went the DIY route. About 8 feet of plank of wood. I sawed them to the right size for my case. I ended up buying some of these wood glues. Let's just say I've had more than my fair share of projects. I ordered a few from Revain and then had to shop around in person for more, there seems to be a limit to how much you can buy from LOL, the glue works really well. enough for almost all home projects - dries slightly yellowish/clear - great for handicrafts! CAP NOT WORKING HOW IT SHOULD - TIP IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN - WILL NOT CLOSE OR SEAL ELMERS GLUE $5 ORDERED? IT COMES DEFECTIVE, THE CAP DOES NOT WORK AS IT SHOULD AND IT IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE PLASTIC ONTO THE TIP TO USE GLUE. AFTER APPROX. 10 MINUTES I PLUG IT IN BUT IT IS STUCK IN THE CAP TIP AND I CAN'T REMOVE IT.
