An unattractive product, an unprofitable purchase.

Suitable for non-hot processors up to 95tdp.
Impractical fastening mechanism with removable plastic legs. Tight spring fixing the radiator to the legs. The temperature of the i5-4570 under load is not higher than 45'C. In general, it is suitable as a replacement for a regular noisy cooler, or if there is no need to overclock the processor.
Pros:
Low price.
Universal mount.
Due to the excellent polishing, it adheres slightly to the processor cover.
Quiet. Everest 1464 rpm.
Airflow 55.5 cfm.
Perfectly cools the surrounding area.
The temperature of the railway has dropped by a couple of degrees.
Has cons:
Not a comfortable fit.
In a small case on the mATX board, it almost rests on the rear 120mm fan.
There are no copper pipes, but the temperatures are not high, so it will work.
The fan is inconveniently fastened with screws in the radiator blades.
