Review on 🚗 TYC 700188 Toyota Tacoma Blower Assembly Replacement by Rickey Ortega

2006 Tacoma. Arrived well packaged. Installs easily. Make sure it is properly aligned/flush before screwing it back in. No louder than OEM. It's noisier than the motor you're replacing as chances are one of them will fail and barely move air. My intuition (scientific term) tells me that this is a smaller move than new stocks, but not by much. I'm replacing the cabin filter to see if that helps improve airflow. You'll need to reposition the plastic cable retention tab, but overall this is an easy swap. Maximum 20 minutes. Update May 2017: TYC 800038P Toyota/Pontiac Cabin Air Filter was used to replace a dirty and clogged filter. Now Blower gives out a lot of volume.
