Doesn't really glow

This is a cheap skeleton so it's good. Most other decorations are much more expensive. I think you can tell it technically glows in the dark, but only for a few minutes. I bought this to hang in my closet during my Halloween party for a little fun every time a guest opens the closet. Surprise. but it didn't glow at all, so the surprise wasn't as good as it could have been. (I didn't expect it to glow for hours. But we tried to "load" it all day, threw it in the basement and saw almost no glow.)
