I bought this a year ago when it was under $10. It has been carefully used in the new upstairs toilet which is only minimally used. For $10 I'd have no hesitation in replacing it, but I see the price has doubled since then. The handle has a seam above the squeegee head where it attaches to the squeegee section. This is where the break happened. Upon inspection I can see that there was a piece of metal inside that ran through the center and was rusty. This is a lovely little mop and seems to last about a year with careful use. If the price goes down again I'll buy more, but for now I'll look for another replacement. Lower star rating is based on original price of $20. For $10 I would rate it 4.5 stars but it doesn't live up to that rating because of the double the cost.
