Difficult to adjust, bulbs are difficult to fit into sockets and housing around bulb has loosened

Sealed around rim to keep out moisture but hasn't rained to see if it works. The bulbs were difficult to fit into the socket, so I had to remove the rubber grommet on the bulb that covers it to install it. Installing the headlight required a lot of adjustment. I also noticed that the chrome housing protecting the driver's side bulb has come loose and now just rattles in the housing and cannot be repaired. I wrote to the seller, he replaced it for free. Customer service is valuable!
