Cable broke after less than 6 months of use
The cable just suddenly stopped working as normal one day and it’s been less than 6 months since I’ve had it. I only ever use the cable inside my bedroom. Nothing appears to be wrong with the charger but it just no longer charges. Pretty frustrating however they quickly reached out and sent a replacement cable. They do right by their product and their service at a fair price as well so I believe they wholeheartedly deserve a good review
- I bought these in April and they aren’t used everyday and they have already stopped charging.
- The product may not be properly advertised for all its features
