Fits my tires and is very easy to drive. A friend suggested turning it inside out for better alignment. So it worked much better. If you started at the top, you won't be able to adjust the bottom properly. (although I complained to him). Just flip it over, align it so the drain hole is at the bottom, and roll it onto the hoop. I used my knee to keep it from moving as I rolled it. It probably won't look as good as the picture, but it should at least look decent when you're done.
