I bought this for therapy for a torn rotator cuff. It really helps my shoulder. However, last night I used it on my wife (not her shoulder) and her experience was unlike any she's ever had. I highly recommend this little wand. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because it's not easy to tell which of the 20 settings you chose. If you like a particular setting, you'll have to count the button presses to find out where it is. In addition, it is powerful, charges quickly and lasts a long time without recharging. If we wear this one out, I'll buy another one. Update: Upgrade to 5 stars. The woman loves it. I put it on pattern 16 and glued it up to my wife's G-spot.
