I bought these sunglasses a year ago. Since then the frames have broken twice. The first time I tried to fix them myself. When they broke the second time, Tommy Bahama's local Maui Jim eyewear retailer told me that the sunglasses had a two-year warranty and that I should send them back for repair or replacement. I called customer service and they were very helpful with information on how to send it back for repair. When they received the sunglasses they emailed me regretting to inform me that the product I sent them is not authentic Maui Jim sunglasses and they did not make them for me can repair. This is an expensive purchase. The fact that I received a counterfeit product voided my warranty and instead of supporting the Maui Jim brand I ended up with useless broken sunglasses.
