This backpack is a mess. The straps are uncomfortable and don't adjust well, and the zippers are always getting caught. The only positive is that it's a decent size for luggage. However, that hardly makes up for the numerous problems this backpack has. Avoid it if you want a comfortable and reliable backpack for your laptop.
