Case is easy to open, lashes are soft and beautiful. The biggest issue for me was that it said it was a mix of 8mm and 14mm but the product is missing 11mm and 13mm. It comes in 8mm 8mm 9mm 9mm 10mm 10mm 12mm 12mm 12mm 14mm 14mm.
