It was a real deal! The color of the hose is so close to my skin color that I have to look twice to see if I'm wearing the hose! They are so easy to put on, just take your heel and pull it in place and the rest of the hose just gets put on. I just couldn't handle one. The instep hem was too thick for me. So I cut that hem off. They slip a bit but I still wear them every day and over them I either wear t-shirts or ankle bracelets to cover my toes. I would wear them like this whether I cut the hem or not. I wear them every day except Sunday when I wear thigh high stockings to church. As I said, this is the real deal for every day!
