When we go camping, our Blackstone pan is our go-to cooking tool. This accessory set is great for getting started and getting a feel for the pan and I have a feeling it could last for many, many years. Everything looks high quality, serves its purpose, is easy to clean and I've used 90% of the accessories successfully. However, the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the handles on the spatulas are too low or flat or whatever you want to call it. My hands are almost touching the surface of the pan when I'm trying to turn food over or stir something. I've had several close encounters that nearly burned my ankles. Maybe in the future I'll buy spatulas with handles at a steeper angle or higher from the hot surface.
