Since the pandemic, all my conference presentations have had to be on the Zoom and Veevo platforms. I had to learn a lot about neutral backgrounds, height adjustment and especially lighting. An angled desk lamp in the office would sometimes fall, or the tape wouldn't hold, or it wasn't the right color for my skin tone, or it was too light/too dark, or it made me look like a spotlight. But this ring light was a great answer to those questions. It's very light, attaches easily to my MacBook Pro or Acer laptops, and doesn't interfere with the webcam. It has three different shades and adapts to the lighting in the room or how you want your face to look. It comes with a tripod if you want that option separately. It is packaged very well and comes with instructions. It is powered by the USB power cable on the side of your laptop or desktop, which is very convenient. I don't see any problems with this product other than that I would like non-reflective glasses because the ring light - or any other light - appears as a reflection. Otherwise I'm glad I bought it.
