The first thing I received was a "return" again missing parts, sent it back and received another one with all the parts but the cover over the glue for all the rubber inserts fell off off, rendering the glue unusable. Mind you I paid extra for the "upgraded" lock! One wonders what the upgrade is!?!? I used my double sided tape to secure the inserts. Nobody should have to deal with such broken parts and the hassle of a new product. I would not recommend it. Update: Haven't received a refund yet. Renamed to "BigPathetic". New update: You are now listed as "Unavailable". What a POS company, now I will never get a refund.
