The first thing I received was a "return" again missing parts, sent it back and received another one with all the parts but the cover over the glue for all the rubber inserts fell off off, rendering the glue unusable. Mind you I paid extra for the "upgraded" lock! One wonders what the upgrade is!?!? I used my double sided tape to secure the inserts. Nobody should have to deal with such broken parts and the hassle of a new product. I would not recommend it. Update: Haven't received a refund yet.

The BigPantha lock I purchased worked great and allowed me to lock a street legal off-road bike in public parking lots without a factory key. I returned a similar looking product that I had purchased from another company after realizing that the key on this bike was on the wrong side and the bike's handguards prevented me from inserting the key and using the lock . I bought this product because the more great features there are on my bike the better it is. I have a total of 4 shock locks on my bike and this one is worth every penny. It was a bit tricky to put on to get it perfect but luckily I have adjustable ASV arms. I don't know how difficult this would be on bikes without adjustable arms, but I made the positioning "tight enough" that there was no movement and no pushing out. Just received today! Slightly heavier than expected and appears to be of very good quality. The time will show. The locking mechanism is a single bolt (similar to the lock on a gun safe). The keys aren't flimsy, which is nice. The only downside I see so far is that the rubber protector strips (3 or 4 inches) that come with the lock have a less sticky adhesive. Second, there is a small groove that allows the rubber strip to sit in one spot instead of where my controls are. Very simple solution…
