I received a scale that gave mixed readings. I performed three times and got three different readings. A few weeks after the purchase, the scales hung at 111 pounds. I contacted the seller, told him what happened and four days later I received a new scale. The seller was great! Good service. I am also pleased to report that all of my testimonies are consistent. I'm sure what happened to the first scale was probably very rare as I read most of the reviews. I'm a happy buyer! Rschunimagu. I highly recommend it. Cute, consistent, accurate and cheap (price, not how it's made or what it looks like) :)
