Extremely nice case, thick and sturdy. Smooth finish makes it a bit slippery and heavy in hand. No instructions included. For those of us who are used to pop in cases, instructions would be helpful since this is a disconnect and slide in case. This may be why some reviews suggest that top of the case is breaking. Luckily I realized that the case separates for installation before I broke it. Works great with the Belkin Charge Pad. However, this is mainly a battery pack within a phone case and uses USB mini to charge. It does have a lightning jack converter built in so IPhone will still charge when plugged in. For long time IPhone users this could pose as an issue since they may not own many USB cords. Case does come with cord but it is a factory short cord. I am a long time Android user and this is my first IPhone. I made the switch because my daughter’s old phone is still in good condition and I needed a replacement for my Android that no longer works. Since I have never owned an IPhone I purchased two extra lightening jack cords when I ordered this case. Since the case requires USB I didn’t need the extra cords since the case charges the phone. I have a ton of USB cords laying around but again, this could be frustrating for a long term IPhone user who may not have extra USB cords on hand.
