I made the choice to buy the used one at a lesser price because it stated that there were some scratches on the case but in working condition. When the packaged arrived, I was excited because I had saved my money for a new Morphie case for my iPhone 7 as I had not been able to afford it when I upgraded from the 6S to the 7 and the buttons didn't line up completely. When I saw the sticker stating that it had been tested by Ebay, I was confident it would work. Now prior to it arriving, I read through the information to make sure that I could also charge and do file transfers through a micro usb cord so that I wouldn't have to spend the extra money at this time for a wireless charging pad. So when I put my phone into the Morphie case and pushed the button to turn it on, it had the two lights showing that it wasn't fully charged. I plugged the micro usb port into the case and walked away. Hours later I realized that not only was the case not charging, but it had actually completely drained what little charge it had. I tried every micro usb cord I had along with all the different charger bottoms to see if that was faulty. It was then that I attempted to plug the cord into my laptop to see if I could transfer files using the cord and the computer didn't even show that it had anything plug in. I put my phone in my cheap case that has been acting up, and tried connecting it through a lightning cord and the computer recognized my phone was attached. I knew then the micro usb port was faulty, as the cord worked on other items that require a micro usb, When I contacted Ebay customer service they said it had been tested by using a wireless charging pad, and the usb port had not been tested. I had to push for a refund just so I could order a replacement, pay extra out of my bank account to get the replacement, and ship this faulty one back, This is the first time I have purchased something electronic from Ebay that was used, to my knowledge, and had this experience. However the replacement one is working perfectly at this moment. I recommend the Morphie case, but don't recommend buying the USED one even if it is in Good/Great condition.
