Finally someone has given wreath pendant design serious thought. Not only does it govern how low or high you want to hang the wreath, it also governs whether you have a window or raised ledge on the outside of your door. As you can see from the photos of the wreath holder, it has screws to attach the flourish countertop to the hangers above the door. It comes with 4 extra longer screws and 4 spacers (about 1/4 inch thick) to extend the scroll worktop away from the door. It matches perfectly with the molding around my window. With all the other hangers I've had, as soon as I closed the door it would push the bottom of the hanger and my wreath out from behind the molding around my window and press the wreath against the inside of my security screen door. It's so much better! And it's nice too, although I'd prefer it in black.
