I am very happy with this microphone, my voice has never sounded better! My work combines indoor and outdoor work and I don't have the money to buy dedicated microphones for each environment. I decided on a short shotgun and after purchasing this and using it for both outdoor running and indoor scoring in a less than optimal studio, I'm confident I made the right decision. more effective noise cancellation than a long-barreled shotgun, which is to be expected. However, when I'm close indoors, I don't have any phasing issues either. The perfect balance that gets the job done for me. One microphone for all of this simplifies my work and requires less equipment. I will keep it!
