The ease of use was great, I didn't have to learn anything new as it all seemed very familiar! There's nothing about vetting that i don't like or think could be improved upon at this time; however there are some things we're looking into (such as more payment options). We started using Vetted because they were extremely knowledgeable in our industry - which is healthcare consulting. They also had amazing customer service with their live chat feature- something not always available when dealing online so being able to talk one on one via text/chat helped us feel comfortable moving forward.
