Looks like it's already in use. No security seal to guarantee prior use. The bottles are half empty or not full. This means that previous returns will be sent without disposal of the used product. This is unhygienic, especially if they are to be used for lip balm. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present. UPDATE: Received a replacement within two days and 12 bottles have not been refilled. I do not know what's up,
